This policy describes the information we process to support the LetzKeepItREAL Network(s), to include: the LetzKeepItREAL Social Network, Career Network, Kreative Network and Dating Network, Messenger and all other Network features, and services offered by Applied Information System Engineering, LLC. (AISE, LLC.), and the LetzKeepItREAL Brand.

When you access or use any of the LetzKeepItREAL Network, you agree to our Privacy Policy and to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal data as we state in this Policy.
What kinds of information do we collect?
We use the information to deliver our Network(s), including to personalize features and content (including your News Feed, LetzKeepItREAL Feed, LetzKeepItREAL Posts and ads) and make suggestions for you (such as blogs, groups, forums, events, whats hot, Laugh Out Loud (LoL) Fun time, Real Talk, Q&A, Hope Charity and all other LetzKeepItREAL Network feature pages and walls. You may be interested in or topics to follow) on and off our Network. To create personalized Network that are unique and important to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you and others (including any data with special protections you choose to provide); how you use and interact with our Network; and the people, places, or things you're connected to and interested in.
We use the information we have (subject to choices or decisions you make) as described below and to provide and support the LetzKeepItREAL Network to include the LetzKeepItREAL Social Network, Career Network, Kreative Network and Dating Network and related services described in the LetzKeepItREAL Network Terms.
Provide, personalize and improve our Network:
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our Network, newsletter, or respond to a survey. In order to register for the LetzKeepItREAL Network, we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Network. You can learn how to access and delete information we collect by visiting the LetzKeepItREAL Network.
Things you and others do and provide.
Information and content you provide. We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Network, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can contain information in or about the content you (LetzKeepItREAL Network Member) provide (like metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. It can also include what you see on our LetzKeepItREAL REAL Network features that are shared through your cameras (photos, videos). Our systems routinely process content and communications you (the LetzKeepItREAL Network Member) and others provide to analyze context and what's in them for the purposes described below. Data with special protections:
You ( the Member) can choose to provide information in your LetzKeepItREAL profile fields or Life Events about your religious views, political views, who you are "interested in," or your health. This and other information (such as ethnic origin or racial, philosophical beliefs or trade union membership) could be subject to special protections under the laws of your country.
Networks and connections:
We collect information about the people, pages, accounts, hashtags, hope page and the groups, and forums you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Network, such as the people you communicate with the most or groups you are part of. LetzKeepItREAL Network also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history), which the LetzKeepItREAL Network use for things like helping you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes listed below.
Your usage:
We collect information about how you use our Network, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you (LetzKeepItREAL Member) interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you're using and have last used our Network, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Network.
Information about transactions made on our Network:
If you use our Network for purchases or other financial transactions: (membership packages), (Makeup Your Own Package), (make a donation) or (Hope donation), (LetzKeepItREAL Store) we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This will include payment information, such as your debit or credit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping and contact details.
Things others may do and information they provide about you:
We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Network. This can include information about you on the LetzKeepItREAL Network, such as when others share information or comment on a photo of you, send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information.
Device Information:
As defined below, we collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our LetzKeepItREAL Network, and we combine this information across different devices you use. For example, we use information collected about your use of our LetzKeepItREAL Network on your phone to better personalize the content (including ads) or features you see when you use our Network on another device, such as your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took an action in response to an ad we showed you on your phone on a different device.
Information we obtain from these devices includes:
Device features: information such as the operating system, battery level, hardware and software versions, signal strength, browser type, available storage space, file names and types, and plugins and apps.
Device operations: knowledge concerning operations and actions accomplished on the device, like whether or not a window is foregrounded or backgrounded, or mouse movements, which might facilitate distinguish humans from bots.
Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, apps or accounts you use, and Family Device IDs (or other identifiers unique to LetzKeepItREAL Network associated with the same device or account).
Device signals: Bluetooth signals, and data about nearby Wi-Fi access points, cell towers and beacons.
Data from device settings: data you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your camera, GPS location, or photos.
LetzKeepItREAL Network and connections: information like the name of your mobile operator or Internet Service Provider (ISP), language, time zone, mobile phone number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, connections speed and, in some cases, data about different devices that are nearby or on your network, so we can do things like help you stream a video from your phone to your TV.

These partners and associates offer data concerning your activities on LetzKeepItREAL Network—including data concerning your device, websites you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see, and how you use their services—whether or not you have a LetzKeepItREAL account or are logged into LetzKeepItREAL. For example, a business could tell us about a purchase you made in its store. We also receive information about your offline and online activities and purchases from third-party data providers who have the rights to provide us with your information.
Partners receive your information when you visit or use their services or through third parties they work with. We require each of these partners to have lawful rights to share, collect and use your data before providing any data to us.

Information across LetzKeepItREAL Network and devices:
When you register: We provide the ability to connect to 4 Networks (Social, Career, Kreative, and Dating Network) using a Dashboard that will provide unique and account details, which is provided only to the Individual User.
When you register: We provide you the ability to share profile data with 4 Networks (Social, Career, Kreative and Dating) If this is what you would like to do. This data and information is not automatically share with each network; It’s your choice to search and connect with other like individuals and experiences about your activities on different LetzKeepItREAL Network and devices to provide a more tailored and consistent experience on all LetzKeepItREAL Network you use, wherever you use them. For example, we can suggest that you join a group on LetzKeepItREAL that includes people you follow on LetzKeepItREAL or communicate with using Messenger. We can also make your experience more seamless, for example, by automatically filling in your registration information (such as your phone number) from one LetzKeepItREAL Product when you sign up for an account on a different Product.
Location-related information:
We use location-related data, for example, your current location, where you live, the places you like to go, and the businesses and people you're near to personalize and improve our Network, including ads, for you and others. Location-related information can be based on things like precise device location (if you've allowed us to collect it), IP addresses, and information from your and others' use of LetzKeepItREAL Network (such as People- Near-Me, Roll Call or events you attend).
Product research and development.
We use the information we hacomve to develop, test and improve our Network, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new Network and features.
Ads and other sponsored content:
The LetzKeepItREAL Network uses the information and data we have about you-including information concerning your interests, actions and connections to select and personalize advertisements, offers and other sponsored content that we present to you. Learn more about how we select and personalize ads, and your choices over the data we use to select ads and other sponsored content for you in the LetzKeepItREAL Market Place Ads, Promotion Ads and Security Settings.
Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services:
We utilize the information we have (including your activity off our LetzKeepItREAL Network, such as the websites you visit and advertisement you see) to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and delivery of their advertisement and services, and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, applications, and services. We use analytics tools to collect and analyze information from companies such as “Google Analytics” to provide us information about how people use our sites. The LetzKeepItREAL Network work with this information and data to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The information may include the number of visitors to our site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited.
Promote safety, integrity and security:
We use the data/information we have to verify accounts and activity, detect and combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, also maintain the integrity of our Network, and promote safety and security on and off of LetzKeepItREAL Network. For example, we use data/information we have to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our terms and/or policies, or to detect when someone needs help.

3. Never share your password. You should be the only one who knows your password.
4. Avoid including your name or common words. Your password should be difficult to guess.
5. Use our extra security features.
6. Make sure your email account(s) are secure. Log out of LetzKeepItREAL when you use a computer you share with other people. If you forget, you can log out remotely.
7. Run anti-virus software on your computer: For Windows, and For Mac OS.
8. Think before you click or download anything.
How do I change or reset my LetzKeepItREAL password:
To change and reset your LetzKeepItREAL Password. Go to your menu > Setting > Select Password Settings. Enter a new password. Select the save button.
How do I manage my LetzKeepItREAL Wall Settings:
To manger your LetzKeepItREAL Wall Setting. Go to your menu > Setting > Select Wall Settings.
Security Checkup will help you:
Make sure your password is safe and projected.
Log out of LetzKeepItREAL from unused browsers and apps.
Get Security Alerts when someone tries logging into your account from an unrecognized computer or mobile device: Go to Menu > Settings > Login Activity to view who is logging into your account.
Note: This feature is currently available to people logged into LetzKeepItREAL Network on a computer or the latest version of the LetzKeepItREAL for Android or LetzKeepItREAL for iOS app.
I got a message from LetzKeepItREAL saying a file I tried to share has a virus.
From time to time, we block uploads when we detect that a file is infected to prevent viruses from spreading to others. Files containing viruses, it means it’s being affected by malware.
Providing you received a warning about a file you downloaded, we recommend deleting it so it won’t harm your computer.
To ensure that this doesn’t happen again, be cautious of files that look like photos but end in the following: .exe, .rar or .zip instead of .jpg or .png. Also avoid downloading and opening files from sources you don't know or you dont trust.
What can I do to keep my LetzKeepItREAL account secure?
Here are some things you can do to keep your LetzKeepItREAL account safe and secure:
Protect your password
Don't use your LetzKeepItREAL password anywhere else online, and never share it with other people.
Your password should be tough or impossible to guess, so don't include your name or common words or phrases.
When you create a new password, ensure that it’s a minimum of 8 characters long. You must try to create a difficult combination of numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
Never share your login information
Scammers may create fake websites that look like the LetzKeepItREAL Network and ask you to login with your email and password.
Always check the LetzKeepItREAL website's URL prior to entering your login credential or information. When in doubt, type www.LetzKeepItREAL.com into your browser to get to the LetzKeepItREAL Network.
Don't forward emails from LetzKeepItREAL Network to other people, since they may have sensitive information about your account.
Learn more about avoiding phishing: What is phishing: Phishing is when someone tries to get access to your LetzKeepItREAL account by sending you a suspicious message or link that asks for your personal information. If your account is broken into, they may use your account to send spam.
I think I've been phished. What can I do?
If you mistakenly entered your username or password into a strange link, someone else may be able to log in to your account. Here are some things you can do.
If you are able to log in to your account, learn how to secure your account by resetting your password and logging out of any devices you don't own.
If you can't get into your account and your username or password don't work, learn how to recover your account: Account Recovery, Go to LetzKeepItREAL Homepage and select the “Forgot Password” Link. Enter your email address and a LetzKeepItREAL Registration Email will be sent for you to reset your password.
If you can’t access your email to see your New Password: You will be directed to answer 3 Security Questions. This option is for those users who don’t (currently) have access to their registration emails. Once the user answers 3 security questions s/he gets logged in the LetzKeepItREAL Network and is referred to the setting page to enter a new email address to be connected to her/his account. A Registration Email with this information will be sent to your new email address that you entered in your Account Recovery.
How do I avoid getting phished?
Look out for suspicious emails or messages
Don't trust messages demanding money, offering gifts or threatening to delete or ban your LetzKeepItREAL account.
Emails from LetzKeepItREAL about your account always come from [email protected]. You can always visit www.LetzKeepItREAL.com or check for important messages from us.
Don't click suspicious links
If you get a suspicious email or message claiming to be from LetzKeepItREAL, don't click any links or attachments.
Don't respond to these emails
Don't answer messages inquiring for your password, social security number, or credit card information.
Log out of LetzKeepItREAL when you use a computer you share with other people.
If you forget, you can log out remotely.
Do not accept friendship requests from people you don't know
Scammers may create fake accounts to friend people.
If you decide to become friends with scammers might permit them to spam your timeline, tag you in posts and send you malicious messages.
Watch out for malicious software.
Malicious software may cause damage to a computer, server or computer network.
It is important to Learn the signs of an infected computer or device and how to remove malicious software.
Ensure your web browser is up to date and remove suspicious applications or browser add-ons.
Never click suspicious links (Always ignore them), even if they appear to come from a friend, associate or a company you know.
This includes links on LetzKeepItREAL (example: on posts) or in emails.
Keep in mind that LetzKeepItREAL will never ask you for your password in an email.
If you see a suspicious link on LetzKeepItREAL, report it.
If you're logged into LetzKeepItREAL Network on a computer, you can use Security Checkup to review your security settings and see your last login.

We utilize the information we have (including from research partners we collaborate with) to conduct and support research and improvement on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being.

Sharing on LetzKeepItREAL Network
People and accounts you share and communicate with.
When you share and communicate using our Network, you choose the audience for what you share. For example, when you post on LetzKeepItREAL Network, you select the audience for the post, such as a walls, group, real talk, truth wall, laugh out loud and other LetzKeepitREAL Network Pages and Features. In Addition: All of your friends, the public, or a customized list of people. Similarly, when you use Messenger or LetzKeepItREAL to communicate with people or businesses, those people and businesses can see the content you send. Your network can also see actions you have taken on our Network, including engagement with ads and sponsored content. We also let other accounts see who has viewed their LetzKeepItREAL Social Media Pages.
Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off our LetzKeepItREAL Network, including if they don't have an account. This includes your LetzKeepItREAL username; any information you share with a public audience; information in your public profile on LetzKeepItREAL; and content you share on a LetzKeepItREAL Page, public LetzKeepItREAL account or any other public forum, such as LetzKeepItREAL Marketplace, Wall Promotions, and Banner Advertisement. You, other people using LetzKeepItREAL, and we (LetzKeepItREAL Network), can provide access to or send public information to anyone on or off our Network, including other LetzKeepItREAL Company Network, in search results, or through tools and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Public information can also be viewed, retrieved, re-shared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, and offline media such as Television, and by applications, various websites and other services that integrate with our Network.
Content others share or reshare about you:
You should consider who you choose to share with, because people who can see your activity on our LetzKeepItREAL Network and Network Walls & Pages can choose to share it with others on and off our LetzKeepItREAL Network, including people and businesses outside the audience you shared with. For instance, when you share a post or send a message to specific friends or accounts, they can download, screenshot, or re-share that content to others across or off our LetzKeepItREAL Network Walls and Pages, in person or online with other individuals. Also, when you comment on someone else's post or react and or reply to their content, your comment or reactions and replies are visible to anyone who can see the other person's content, and that person can change the audience later and your information can be shared with others on or off the LetzKeepItREAL Network.
People can also use our LetzKeepItREAL Network (Social, Career, Kreative and Dating Network(s)) to create and share content about you with the audience they choose. For example, people can share a photo of you in a story, on a wall or a LetzKeepItREAL Network Page, mention or tag you at a location in a post, or share data about you in their posts or messages. If you are uncomfortable with what others have shared about you on our Network, you can report this content or block this User.
Information about your active status or presence on our Network:
People in your networks can see signals telling them whether you are active on our Network, including whether you are currently active on LetzKeepItREAL, Messenger, or when you last used our Network.
Apps, websites, and third-party integrations on or using our Network:
When you select to use third-party applications, websites, or other services that utilize, or are integrated with, or on our LetzKeepItREAL Network, they can receive data or information about what you post or share. Also, when you download or use such third-party services, they can access your public profile on LetzKeepItREAL, and any information that you share with them. Apps and websites you use may receive your list of LetzKeepItREAL friends if you choose to share it with them. But apps and websites you use will not be able to receive any other information about your LetzKeepItREAL friends from you, or information about any of your LetzKeepItREAL followers (although your friends and followers might, of course, select to share this data or information themselves). Data or Information collected by these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, not this one.
New owner(s):
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Network or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Sharing with Third-Party Partners:
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Network or who use LetzKeepItREAL Business Tools to grow their businesses, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide free membership package to people around the world. We will not sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will. We also impose harsh restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. We provide combined statistical data and insights that assist people, associates and businesses understand how people are engaging with their wall posts, listings, Pages, videos and other content on and off the LetzKeepItREAL Network.
We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their advertisement, advertisement impressions, and engagements and how their advertisements are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you.
Measurement partners:

How do the LetzKeepItREAL Companies work togeather:
LetzKeepItREAL share infrastructure, systems and technology with other LetzKeepItREAL Networks to provide an innovative, relevant, consistent and safe experience across all LetzKeepItREAL Networks you use. We also process information about you across the LetzKeepItREAL Network for these purposes, as permitted by applicable law and in accordance with their terms and policies. For example, we process information from accounts sending spam on its service so we can take appropriate action against those accounts on LetzKeepItREAL Network, Email and Messenger. We also work to understand how people use and interact with LetzKeepItREAL Networks (Social, Career, Kreative and Dating Networks), such as understanding the number of unique users on different LetzKeepItREAL Networks.
How can I manage or delete data or information about me:

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and LetzKeepItREAL Network, or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first. Note: if you have free service and have not logged into your account in 180 days, your account will become inactive and may be subject to termination and will be deleted. This is on a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the information or data, why it is collected, processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs.
When you delete your account on the LetzKeepItREAL Network, we delete things that you have posted, for example, your photos, status updates, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you on the LetzKeepItREAL Network isn't part of your account and won't be deleted. If you don't want to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the Network, you can deactivate your account instead by hiding your User Profile, which will automatically hide your other Network Pages. To delete your account at any time, please visit the LetzKeepItREAL Settings > Delete Account > Select Delete Profile Permanently.
How do we react to legal requests or prevent harm:
We access, preserve and share your information with officials of the law, regulators, law enforcement or others:
In reply to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if LetzKeepItREAL believe in good-faith that the law or law enforcement requires us to do so. This may include the LetzKeepItREAL Network responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States when we have a good-faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, it affects the users in that jurisdiction, and it is consistent with internationally recognized standards.
When the LetzKeepItREAL Network have a good-faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud, unauthorized use of the Networks, violations of our terms or policies, or other harmful or illegal activity; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property or Network), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory inquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, if applicable, we provide information to and receive information from third-party partners about the reliability or consistency of your account to prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful activity on and off our Network.
Information we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made with LetzKeepItREAL) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a Obligation or a legal request, a governmental investigation, or a investigations of possible violations of the LetzKeepItREAL Network terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also keep information from accounts deactivated and disabled for terms violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations on the LetzKeepItREAL Network.
