Welcome to LetzKeepItREAL Network (to include the Social, Career, Kreative, and Dating Network(s))!

A) Our Services

Our mission is to provide our online customers with a Social Network designed to communicate, collaborate, share interest and ideas, and discuss activities and current affairs with a focus on inspiration and real-life experiences. We believe that every person goes through real life experiences. Some experiences may be good, and some experiences may be bad. Our Social Network is designed with unique features and tools that will provide customers a way to connect and share information, motivate and inspire individuals daily.

B) Provide a personalized experience for you:

Your experience on LetzKeepItREAL Network is unlike anyone else's: We have 4 Full Services Network to include a Social Network, Career Network, Kreative (Creative) Network and Dating Plus Network. Our features include Wall Posts, Real Talk, Truth Walls, Whats Hot Walls & Topics, Laugh Out Loud, Blogs, Groups, Forums, Events, Advertisements, Career Center and other content you see in News Feed or our Video Platform to the Pages you follow and other Features you might use, such as Trending, Marketplace, Wall Promotions, Banner Ads, Hope, and individual and network searches. We use the information we have - for instance, about the connections you make, the choices and settings you select, and what you share and do on and off our LetzKeepItREAL Network Products - to personalize your experience.

1) This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") controls your access and use of any of the various services (the "Services") made available to you (the "Member") by Applied Information Systems Engineering (AISE), LLC for the use of the LetzKeepItREAL Network (Social, Career, Kreative, Dating Network(s)) through http://www.LetzKeepItREAL.com, LetzKeepItREAL mobile applications or otherwise.

2) ONLY USERS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MAY REGISTER FOR the LetzKeepItREAL Network. By accessing the services and/or completing the registration process for the LetzKeepItReal Network’s website.

3) You represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and can and will be legally bound by this Agreement. By registering on the LetzKeepItREAL Network (to include the Social, Career, Kreative, and Dating Networks), you represent and warrant that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.

4) No Individual/Member may participate where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.

5) The LetzKeepItREAL Network to include Social Network, Career Network, Creative (Kreative) Network and Dating Network is an entity of Applied Information Systems Engineering, LLC., has created an “ONLINE” Software Network Tool designed for you to communicate, collaborate, share interest and ideas, and discuss activities and current affairs with a focus on inspiration and real-life experiences. We take no responsibility for your actions while you are using this LetzKeepItREAL Network. This includes personal meetings and greetings at your own risk and responsibility outside of Applied Information Systems Engineering, and the LetzKeepItREAL Network (Social, Kreative, Career, and Dating Network (s)) control.

C) Changes to the Terms

LetzKeepItREAL Network reserves the right to change or amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at LetzKeepItREAL Network’s sole discretion. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the LetzKeepItREAL Network website.

Although LetzKeepItREAL Network will provide notice of material changes to this Agreement on the LetzKeepItREAL Network website, as a Member it is your sole responsibility to keep yourself informed of any such changes or amendments.

Should a Member object to any terms and conditions of the Agreement or any subsequent changes to the Agreement or become dissatisfied with LetzKeepItREAL Network in any way, Member's only solution is to immediately: (1) discontinue use of LetzKeepItREAL Network (2) terminate their LetzKeepItREAL Network registration; and notify LetzKeepItREAL Network of termination.

D) Description of Services

As a Member, you will be provided with a variety of Services, as described on the LetzKeepItREAL Network website. Members may use certain additional services offered from time to time such as shopping and e-commerce offerings and various informational services. LetzKeepItREAL Network reserves the right to enhance, change, or discontinue the Services In whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at LetzKeepItREAL Network sole discretion, with or without notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.

E) Member Conduct

The Use of the Services by you, as a Member, is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. LetzKeepItREAL Network reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor the Services to enforce this Agreement.
Nor does LetzKeepItREAL Network guarantee that any monitoring it does perform will be to the Member's satisfaction. Upon learning of any violation of this Agreement, LetzKeepItREAL Network, at its sole discretion, may terminate your access to and use of the Services, require you to correct such violation, and/or take any other actions that LetzKeepItREAL Network deems proper to enforce its rights and pursue all existing remedies. Without limitation,
LetzKeepItREAL Network reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Services if, in our view, your conduct fails to meet any of the following guidelines:

Members shall not participate in any harassment, including, but not limited to, excessive repetition when listing a person as a referral, repeated unwanted contact, interfering with a Member's use of site or stalking.
Members shall not list the email addresses of individual unknown to them.
Members shall not list as referrals any email addresses that are fake, fictitious, or made up.
Members shall not list as referrals any email addresses which are owned by or belong to that member.
Members shall not attempt to interfere with any other individual(s) use of the Services.
Members shall not misrepresent their identity or impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a LetzKeepItREAL Network employee, forum leader, guide or host.
Members shall not falsely represent that they are sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the LetzKeepItREAL Network website.
Members shall not use any portion of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services to post, upload, email transmit or otherwise make available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or any other form of commercial solicitation.
Members shall not use any portion of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services to post, upload, email, transmit or otherwise making available content, including user names and friends list names, that is harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Members shall not engage in any activity that is clearly offensive or promote or otherwise encourage racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
Members shall not use any portion of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services to post, share, promote, depict, encourage, solicit or exchange Content Harmful to Minors.
Members shall not upload graphics, photos, videos or other content that contain or promote illegal substances or activities, including, but not limited to, underage smoking and drinking, nudity, substance abuse, weapon use, or gang affiliation.
Network Members shall not post content that show pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.
Members shall not afford material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
Members shall not give instructional information or advice about illegal activities such as making or purchasing illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or developing computer viruses.
Members shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to LetzKeepItREAL Network database or other computer systems.
Members shall not attempt to change, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by LetzKeepItREAL Network in connection with the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services.
Members shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Services or the LetzKeepItREAL Network website.
Members shall not collect or store personal data about other Members in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraph #1 through #18 above.
Members shall not use any portion of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Members shall not involve in any activity that solicits or is designed to solicit personal or password identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Network Members.
Members shall not use the account, password or username of another Member at any time or disclose their password to any third party or permit any third party to access their account.
Members shall not publicly post data that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to another person.
All decisions concerning the applicability of these guidelines shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of LetzKeepItREAL Network and its designees. LetzKeepItREAL Network has the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or remove any content that is available via the LetzKeepItREAL Network Services. LetzKeepItREAL Network and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. An account may be terminated at any time, without notification, depending on the severity of the offense, which is determined exclusively at the discretion of LetzKeepItREAL Network. LetzKeepItREAL Network is not obligated to provide a Member with a warning prior to removal.

F) Privacy

LetzKeepItREAL Network has established a Privacy Policy to explain to Members how their information is collected and used, which Member can read by clicking LetzKeepItREAL Network Menu > Settings > Go to Bottom of Settings Page > Select Privacy Policy.

The policy explains how and when LetzKeepItREAL Network may use Member information and content. Member's use of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services signifies acknowledgment of an agreement to LetzKeepItREAL Network Privacy Policy.

G) Document Retention Schedule

All personal information collected by LetzKeepItREAL Network in connection with your use of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website, including, without limitation, your name, location, email address, pictures, friend connections, messages, comments, login information, ip addresses and other data, will be stored by LetzKeepItREAL Network indefinitely and will be stored in a safe and secure manner.

H) Notice Regarding Commercial Email

MEMBERS CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMERCIAL E-MAIL MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATION FROM LetzKeepItREAL Network, AND ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES AND OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE USED BY LetzKeepItREAL Network FOR THE PURPOSE OF INITIATING COMMERCIAL E-MAIL MESSAGES.

I) Member Account and Password

Once Member registers for LetzKeepItREAL Network, Member will have a password and an account with LetzKeepItREAL Network. Member is responsible for keeping the Member's account and password confidential. Additionally, Member is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User/Member's account. Member agrees to immediately notify LetzKeepItREAL Network of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known to Member.

J) Mobile

LetzKeepItREAL Network may offer the Services through a mobile website and/or mobile applications (collectively, the "Mobile Applications"). This Terms of Use Agreement governs all Services that are accessible on or through the Mobile Applications (Apps). If you utilize the Services on a mobile device, you agree that information about your use of the Services through your mobile device and carrier may be communicated to us, including but not limited to your mobile carrier, your mobile device, or your location or Physical Location.

Your mobile carrier's standard fees and rates will still apply. You accept responsibility for all charges.

K) Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents and Intellectual Property Rights

Member acknowledges that files, messages or other materials ("Content") contained on the LetzKeepItREAL Network website and within LetzKeepItREAL Network email messages, and third party advertisements on the website and distributed by email, of a commercial nature and presented to Member(s) by LetzKeepItREAL Network and the Services, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Member is permitted to use LetzKeepItREAL Network Content or third party Content only as expressly authorized by LetzKeepItREAL Network or the third party advertiser. Member may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the LetzKeepItREAL Network Content or third party Content without expressly being authorized to do so by LetzKeepItREAL Network or the third party advertiser.

Member(s) can make a copy of the LetzKeepItREAL Network Content or third party Content and or Data for Member's personal, noncommercial use only, provided that Member keeps all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. Although LetzKeepItREAL Network does not claim ownership of content that its Member's may provide to LetzKeepItREAL Network, by providing content to LetzKeepItREAL Network, Members automatically grant, and represent and warrant that they have the right to grant, to LetzKeepItREAL Network a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, and fully sub-licensable, license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said content.

Member acknowledges that messages, files or other materials ("Content") contained on the LetzKeepItREAL Network website and within LetzKeepItREAL Network email messages, and third party advertisements on the website and distributed via email, of a commercial nature and presented to Member by LetzKeepItREAL Network and the Services, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Member may make a copy of the LetzKeepItREAL Network Content or third party Content for Member's personal, noncommercial use only, provided that Member keeps all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. Although LetzKeepItREAL Network does not claim ownership of content that its Member's may provide to LetzKeepItREAL Network, by providing content to LetzKeepItREAL Network, Members automatically grant, and represent and warrant that they have the right to grant, to LetzKeepItREAL Network a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, and fully sub-licensable, license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said content.

M) Limits on using our intellectual property:

If you use content covered by intellectual property rights that we have and make available in our Products (for example, images, designs, videos, or sounds we provide that you add to content you create or share on LetzKeepItREAL Network), we retain all rights to that content (but not yours). You can only use our trademarks or copyrights (or any similar marks) as expressly permitted by our Brand Usage Guidelines or with our prior written permission. You must get our written permission to modify, decompile, create derivative works of, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.

N) Disputes

You and LetzKeepItREAL Network agree that, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, you and LetzKeepItREAL Network shall seek to resolve any and all disputes between LetzKeepItREAL Network and you, respectively, including, without limitation, all claims, counter-claims and cross-claims (collectively, "Claims"), whether in law, equity or otherwise, solely through individual arbitration in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in this Agreement. Such disputes shall include without limitation:

Disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to LetzKeepItREAL Network Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy;

Disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any Services and/or any content on the LetzKeepItREAL Network website;

Disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any information, communications and/or other material that you and/or any other person and/or entity provide to and/or through the LetzKeepItREAL Network website;

Disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any information and/or other material that is collected, stored and/or disseminated by, on behalf of and/or with the approval of LetzKeepItREAL Network;

Disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any advertising and/or other communications by LetzKeepItREAL Network in connection with the LetzKeepItREAL Network website;

Disputes that are the subject of purported class action litigation and that you are not a member of a certified class;

Disputes that started before you entered into this Agreement and/or any prior version of this Agreement;

Disputes that may arise after you terminate your registration with the LetzKeepItREAL Network website; and

Disputes coming out of or relating to any part of the relationship between us, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory.

Despite the language agreed to above and as an alternative to arbitration, either you and/or LetzKeepItREAL Network may bring an individual action against the other in small claims court. Additionally, you and/or LetzKeepItREAL Network may bring any Claim against the other to the attention of a federal, state and/or local government entity, which may elect to seek relief against LetzKeepItREAL Network on your behalf, and/or against you on LetzKeepItREAL Network’s behalf.

You agree that you and the LetzKeepItREAL Network have voluntarily and intentionally waived any and all right to a trial by jury, and (except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement) In addition, any and all right to participate in a class action.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Dispute provision. In addition, this Dispute provision shall survive termination of this Agreement.

For you or LetzKeepItREAL Network to initiate arbitration against the other party it must first send by certified mail to the other party a written Notice of Dispute ("Notice").

Notice must detail and identify the nature of the party's Claim, the basis for that Claim, and the specific relief being sought for that Claim, including, without limitation, any Claim for injunctive relief. For the parties' convenience, a form for providing Notice is available at American Arbitration Association at https://www.adr.org/ , https://www.adr.org/InternationalForms to download and complete forms for American Arbitration Association in Virginia.

A Notice being sent to LetzKeepItREAL Network must be addressed to: Dispute Resolution Department, Applied Information Systems Engineering, LLC., P.O. Box 8736, Alexandria, VA 22309. ("LetzKeepItREAL Network Notice Address"). Also email a copy to: [email protected].

A Notice being sent to you shall will be sent to your e-mail account and to any other e-mail address provided in your registration (collectively, "Member Notice Address").

You may also opt to receive a copy of any Notice via mail by sending a written request to the LetzKeepItREAL Network Notice Address including your name, postal address, Member Notice Address and LetzKeepItREAL Network’s User Name and Full Name.

Furthermore, after receipt of the Notice you and LetzKeepItREAL Network must attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute set forth in the Notice. If you and LetzKeepItREAL Network are not able to resolve the dispute within 30 day(s) after we have notified you that Notice is received, then you or LetzKeepItREAL Network may initiate an arbitration proceeding against the other by downloading and completing the "American Arbitration Association ("AAA") online form and submitting your form to the appropriate address.

Disputes Form-Virginia (For Use Only In Virginia)" demand for arbitration form, and sending a copy of the Demand to the AAA, together with a copy to Applied Information Systems Engineering, LLC and reference the LetzKeepItREAL Network Terms of Service. Also submit a check or money order payable to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the amount of the appropriate filing fee, and sending a copy of the Demand/Request to the other party. Please note AAA does not provide LetzKeepItREAL Network customer support and is only able to provide information regarding initiating an arbitration proceeding against the LetzKeepItREAL Network.

All concerns regarding your account should be addressed to LetzKeepItREAL Network by submitting a Ticket on the LetzKeepItREAL Network by selecting LetzKeepItREAL Homepage > Select Menu > Tickets > Choose “Terms of Use Disputes”.

Please refer to the American Arbitration Association at https://www.adr.org/. for additional details and updates.

O) Termination

Either party may terminate use of the LetzKeepItREAL Network website or the Services with or without cause at any time and effective immediately upon written notice to the other party. LetzKeepItREAL Network may terminate with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at LetzKeepItREAL Network's sole discretion, including but not limited to Member's failure to conform with these terms and conditions of the Agreement. LetzKeepItREAL Network shall not be liable to Member or any third party for termination of use of LetzKeepItREAL Network or the Services. Member's right to use LetzKeepItREAL Network or the Services shall cease immediately. Member shall have no right and the LetzKeepItREAL Network will have no obligation subsequently to forward any unsent or unread messages to Member or any third party.

P) DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES

MEMBER AGREES THAT USE OF THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT MEMBER'S OWN RISK. THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LetzKeepItREAL Network DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LetzKeepItREAL Network DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES ACCESSED THROUGH ANY LINKS ON THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LetzKeepItREAL Network DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the former disclaimers may not apply to you insofar as they relate to implied warranties.

Q) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The LetzKeepItREAL Network works hard to provide the best Products we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses them. Our Products are provided "as is," LetzKeepItREAL Network make no guarantees that they always will be secure, safe or error-free, or that they will function without delays, disruptions, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not direct or control what people and others say or do, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they share (Including inappropriate, offensive, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).

LetzKeepItREAL Network cannot predict when issues might arise with our LetzKeepItREAL Network Products and our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstance will we be liable to you for any lost revenues, profit, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the LetzKeepItREAL Network Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the LetzKeepItREAL Network Products will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LetzKeepItREAL Network BE LIABLE AS A RESULT OF MEMBER'S USE OR MISUSE OF THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKS ON THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKS ON THE LetzKeepItREAL Network WEBSITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdiction, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, the former limitation may not apply to you.

R) Indemnification

Member agrees to indemnify and hold LetzKeepItREAL Network, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, employees, service providers, and suppliers harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of terms of this Agreement or use of the Services. Member agrees to hold LetzKeepItREAL Network harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to Member's violation of this Agreement.

S) Governing Law

The Agreement and the relationship between Member and LetzKeepItREAL Network shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to any conflict of law principles to the contrary. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you and LetzKeepItREAL Network nevertheless agree that the court should strive to give effect to your and LetzKeepItREAL Network's intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to LetzKeepItREAL Network, the Services and/or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. LetzKeepItREAL Network makes no representation that any material and/or other content on this website is appropriate and/or available for use in other locations, and accessing such material and/or content from territories where it is illegal is prohibited. Any persons who choose to access this website from other locations do so on their own risk or own initiative, and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

T) Agreement

The Agreement makes up the entire agreement between Member and LetzKeepItREAL Network and governs your use of LetzKeepItREAL Network and the Services, superseding any prior agreements between Member and LetzKeepItREAL Network. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The failure of LetzKeepItREAL Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not result in a waiver of such right or provision. You may submit a request for payment assistance to LetzKeepItREAL Network.

All arbitrations will take place in Virginia.
If the amount in dispute is less than $5,000.00, you may choose to conduct the arbitration by phone or through document submission.

You and LetzKeepItREAL Network agree that any claims brought will be solely on behalf of you or LetzKeepItREAL Network and not as part of a class action.
LetzKeepItREAL Network may request the AAA to combine related arbitration claims from members when such claims are related.
If we change this Dispute provision you may reject the change by a written notice to us and reaffirm that you and LetzKeepItREAL Network will only resolve disputes through arbitration.
We are not required to become involved with disputes between you and any other participant on the site.

Refunds on Store Products and Services: We want to provide you with outstanding Customer Service. However, our Policy is all Store Products and Services are Nonrefundable.

g. LetzKeepItREAL Withdraw Funds - Network Users may withdraw HOPE Funds that’s been donated to them by another Network User or Business with a processing fee. LetzKeepItREAL HOPE Membership Packages are not transferable into cash and can’t be withdrawn from the Network.

We offer variety Promotions and Advertisement (Marketplace Promotions, Banner Advertisements, Wall Promotions, and Top Rated User Promotions on all 4 LetzKeepItREAL Networks (Social Network, Career Network, Kreative Network and Dating Network). These Promotions and Advertisements can be located in the Membership Packages and Paid Services. You may pay for these Advertisements and Promotions using PayPal, PayPal Credit, Debit Card, or Credit Card (MastCard, Visa Card, American Express Card, and Discover Card)

i. We have implemented Affiliate advertisement Programs with Corporations to Market their products. These Marketing Advertisement currently show in our Wall Promotions, Banner Advertisements and Marketplace Ads. Providing you select these advertisements, you must follow their policies, procedures, guidelines and laws that govern their products and services.

j. Periodically, LetzKeepItREAL Network will offer LetzKeepItREAL Network Coupons to Network Users, Businesses and the Public. These Network Coupons may be used for purchasing Membership Packages, Products and Services on All LetzKeepItREAL Networks. Please note: These Network Coupons are not redeemable in “Cash”, and only one Network Coupon may be used for one transaction on the LetzKeepItREAL Network.

Network Funds: Please be advised: Network Funds in your Network Account for the following features: Tell A Friends, Bonus Points, Buy a Membership for a Friend (Membership Donations) can only be used to purchase other Network Features and can’t be transferred as "Cash" and reimbursed back to the users as "Cash".

l. Post Vacancies on the LetzKeepItREAL Career Network: A Business, Corporation or Brand may Post Vacancies for potential candidates to apply for employment. Post Vacancies is a paid service. n. Other Non-Transferable Products and Services into Cash. Paid Services are nonrefundable. Create Your Own Package is nonrefundable. Promotions to include: Banner Advertisements, Marketplace Advertisements, Wall Promotions Advertisements are nonrefundable, and Virtual Gifts are nonrefundable
