The country has recorded more than 50,000 deaths and over a million cases from the virus, as doctors have had to make do with limited resources and equipment available under the renewed US sanctions and President Donald Trump's maximum pressure campaign. CNN's Nick Paton Walsh reports from a hospital in Iran's capital, Tehran.
