The world's 'most fuel efficient' commercial airplane wants to make flying cheaper

Otto Aviation says its aircraft is the "most fuel efficient" commercial aircraft in existence. The company announced it will soon be powered by hydrogen and offer "cheaper" travel for distances up to 1,000 miles.
