Killing of NYC mother pushing a baby stroller was 'premeditated execution,' prosecutors say

The man accused of killing a young mother Wednesday as she pushed her 3-month-old baby in a stroller on New York's Upper East Side was remanded without bail Saturday in what prosecutors called a "premeditated execution," according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
